For administrative purposes only: <br />Upper Terminus = SWNW 817 T47N RIOWNMPM <br />UTM 42 46 514N 13 237 926E <br />630' East of West Section Line, 1930' South of North Section Line <br />Lower Terminus = NE NE S27 T48N Rl OW NMPM <br />UTM 4252 946N 13 2 42 658E <br />140' West of East Section Line, 1160' South of North Section Line <br /> <br />5, Use of the water: <br />Instream flow to preserve the natural environment to a reasonable de!,rree, <br /> <br />6. Date of initiation of appropriation: <br />January 28, 2004 <br /> <br />7. The water was first applied to the above beneficial use on January 28, 2004, <br />by the action of the Colorado Water Conservation Board under the provisions of C.R.S, <br />S S 37-92-102(3) and 37-92-103(3), (4) and (10). <br /> <br />8. Amount of water claimed (ABSOLUTE): Insteam flow of 5.3 cfs (April 1 - <br />June 15), 2.6 cfs (June 16 - July 31), and .90 cfs (August 1- March 31), <br /> <br />THE WATER REFEREE RULES: <br /> <br />The application is granted and a decree (ABSOLUTE) in the amount of 5.3 cfs <br />(April 1 -June 15),2.6 cfs (June 16 - July 31), and .90 cfs (August 1- March 31) is <br />hereby entered to preserve the natural environment to a reasonable degree through the <br />stream segment described in paragraph 4 above. The appropriation date for this water <br />right is January 28, 2004. <br />
