Based on the <br />above water availability analysis and the requirement of the CWCB staff to balance the needs of <br />mankind with a reasonable preservation of the natural environment the recommended summer <br />and wintcr flows of 5,7 cfs and 1.3 cf'i were reduced fun her. CWCS staff rccommends that the <br />proposed flow recommendation be changed to 5.7 cfs (April 15 - June 30). 1.6 cfs (July I - <br />August 31). 0.9 cfs (September I - October 14).0.5 cfs (October IS - March 14) and 1.0 cr" <br />(March 15 - April 14).
