<br />Existing Water Right Information
<br />
<br />Staff has analyzed the watcr rights tabulation and consultcd wilh the Division Enginecr Office to
<br />idenlify any pOlcntial waler availabilily problems. Thcrc are no surface diversions within this
<br />reach of stream (scc Appendix D). Based on this analysis staff has determined that watcr is
<br />available for appropriation on Second Anvil Creek, from its headwaters and extending
<br />downstream to Easl Parachute Creek. to preserve Ihe natural environment to a reasonable degree
<br />without limiling or foreclosing thc exercise of valid existing water rights.
