These sites include Rangely. Rifle. Collbran and Meeker (See Figure 3). Table 4- shows the water year and the percent of average precipitat ion recorded at each site. It is staffs opinion that the seven years of stream-flow data analyzed is representative of average to above average water-ye~lrs.
