That the said Application was filed on September 24, <br />1982. <br /> <br />2. That the Water Clerk caused publication of such <br />filing as provided by statute; that the time for filing <br />Statements of Opposition expired on the last day of <br />November, 1982, and that none has been filed. <br /> <br />3. That the said Application concerns an appropriation <br />claimed pursuant to the provisions of CRS 1973, 37-92-102(3) <br />and 37-92-103(3)(4) and (lO). <br /> <br />4. That the purpose of the appropriation claimed is <br />to insure the preservation of a minimum stream flow to <br />protect the natural environment to a reasonable degree. <br /> <br />S. That the stream concerned herein is Longs Gulch <br />located Northwesterly from Leadville, Colorado. <br />
