2. The legal description of the structure:

The natural stream channel from headwaters in the vicinity
of lat. 39 deg. 4l'39" N long. l05 deg. 29'52" W as the
upstream terminus and extending to the confluence with Soda
Creek in the SW/4 SW/4 sec. l, T4S, R73W, 6th P.M. as the
downstream terminus. being a distance of approximately 3.0
miles. This segment can be located on the Squaw Pass and
Idaho Springs U.S.G.S. quadrangles.

For administrative purposes only, the Division Engineer has
translated these legal descriptions of the stream termini into
approximate protracted section, township, and range location from
U.S.G.S. mapping as follows: upstream terminus in the NW/4 sec.
