of Colorado, by the Water Judge of said Ccurt on the lath day of October,
1939, in accordance with Article 92 of Chapter 37, Colorado Revised Statut~s
1973, known as The Water Right Determination and A~inistraticn Act of 1969.

And the undersigned Referee having made such investigations as are
necessary to determine whether or not the statements in the ^pplication are

5. The description of beginning and end points of minimum strean flow
claimed: The natural stream channel from the confluence with East and West
Forks Sheep Creek in the SW1/4Nll1/4, Sec. 19, T. 3 S., R. 86 ~l., 6th. P.!.:. as
the upstream. terminus and extending to the headgate of the Allen Ditch in the
SE1 /4NEl /4_ Sec. 25, T. 3 S., R. 87 W., 6th 1/+1. as the downstream terr:1i nus,
being a distance of approximately 1.0 miles.

6. The use of the water is to appropriate such minimum strearl flows as
are required to preserve the natural environment to a reasonable degree.~

7. The da~e of initiation of Appropriation is July 11, 1989.J

8. The amount of water claimed is 1.5 cJf.s. (April l-September 30);
0.75 c.f.s. (October l-Narch 31), all absolute.

9. The water was first applied to the above beneficial use on July 11,
1989, by action of the Colorado I/ater Conservatijln Board under the provi sions
