have been fulfilled, and the Referee has jurisdiction of this application.

for filing additional statements has expired.

and testimony having been taken where such testimony is necessary, and

approximately 100 feet North and 800 feet West
of the SE Corner, Section 16, and confluence
Middle" Fork South Platte NW~NE~, Section 25,
Township 8 South, Range 78 West of the 6th P.M.,
Park County, at a point approximately 1200 feet
South and 1800 feet Wes~/of the NE Corner, Section
25, being a distance of approximately 3 miles.
