The source of the water is: <br /> <br />Poose Creek, tributary to the Yampa River. <br /> <br />5. The date of appropriation is: <br /> <br />September 16, 1992. <br /> <br />6. The appropriation was initiated by: <br /> <br />The Colorado water Conservation Board action pursuant <br />to the provisions of Sections 37-92-102(3), <br />37-92-103 (3), (4), and (10), C.R.S. (1990 Repl. Vol. <br />15) . <br /> <br />7. The water was applied to beneficial use on: <br /> <br />September 16, 1992. <br /> <br />8. The amount of water awarded is: <br /> <br />1.0 c.f.s.
