The source of the water is: South Fork Michigan River, tributary to MiChigan River, tributary to North Platte River. 5. The date of appropriation is: May 8, 1992. 6. The appropriation was initiated by: Colorado Water Conservation Board action pursuant to C.R.S. 37-92-102(3), 37-92-103(3), (4), (10). 7. The water was applied to beneficial use on: May 8, 1992. 8. The amount of water awarded is: 18.0 cfs, Absolute, from May 1 through August 15, each year~ 8.5 cfs, Absolute, from August 16 through october 31, each year~ 4.5 cfs, Absolute, from November 1 through April 30, each year. 9. The use of water is: Minimum stream flow to preserve the environment to a reasonable degree. 10.
