A NATURAL STREAM <br /> <br />IN THE WATERSHED OF THE GUNNISON RIVER <br /> <br />IN GUNNISON COUNTY <br /> <br />-------------------------------~--------------------------------- <br /> <br />T"IS MATTER. having come on before the court on the appli- <br />cation of the Colorado Water Conservation Board and the court <br />being fully advised as to the mdtter of the application herein. <br />hereby makes the following findings: <br /> <br />Tne application herein was filed with the water clerk. <br />Water Division 4. on September lb. 1982. On Jul y 15. 1983 the <br />court entered an order granting relief from strict conformity <br />with local court rule 2-4(1) by allowing the applicant to <br />describe stream segments in unsurveyed areas by longitUde and <br />latitude. On July 21.1983. the applicant filed a first supple- <br />ment to tne application reflecting the incorporation by reference <br />of an informational map showing the relative location of the <br />instream flo~ segment claimed in the application. All notices <br />required by law for the filing of this application have been ful- <br />filled. and the court has jurisdiction over the appl ication. <br /> <br />No statements of opposition were filed to this application. <br /> <br />All matters contained in the application have been reviewed <br />and testimony taken where such testimony is necessary and the <br />court findS that the statements contained in the application are <br />true and that applicant is entitled to the water right requested <br />in the application. <br />
