This <br />segment can be located on the Uncompahgre Peak, Sheep Mountain, <br />Lost Lake U.S.G.S. quadrangle(s). <br /> <br />Administration: For the stream segments(s) in an unsur- <br />veyed area, the division engineer has determined for administra- <br />tive purposes that the approximate legal description of the <br />instream flow termini as protracted from U.S.F.S. Planimetric <br />(1:31,680) mapping is as follows: Upstream terminus in the NW/4 <br />SE/4 SE/4 S29 T45N R5W NMPM approximately 1190 ft. West of East <br />Line; 1190 ft. North of South Line. <br /> <br />Priority date: May 4, <br />right shall be junior to all <br />prIor to 1984, and otherwise <br />37-92-306, C.R.S. (1973). <br /> <br />1984 provided, however, that this <br />priorities awarded in cases filed <br />junior as provided in section <br /> <br />Instream flow amount: <br /> <br />2.0 c.f.s. absolute <br /> <br />Use of water: To maintain such minimum flows as are <br />required to preserve the natural environment to a reasonable <br />degree pursuant to sections 37-92-102 and 103, C.R.S.
