The legal description of the structure: <br /> <br />The natural stream channel from the headwaters in the <br />vicinity of latitude 38004'47" North and longitude <br />105038'54" West as the upstream terminus and extending to <br />the confluence with Mill Creek at latitude 38001'54" North <br />and longitude 105043'18" West as the downstream terminus, <br />being a distance of approximately 5.7 miles. This segment <br />can be located on the Rito Alto Peak U.S.G.S. quadrangle. <br /> <br />For administrative purposes only, the Division Engineer has <br />translated these legal descriptions of the stream termini into <br />approximate protracted section, township, and range location from <br />U.S.G.5. mapping as follows: upstream terminus in the 5E/4, NW/4, <br />sec. 10, T44N, R12E, N.M.P.M.; downstream terminus in the NE/4, <br />5E/4, sec. 26, T44N, RIIE, N.M.P.M., 1980' FSL, 450' FEL. <br /> <br />3.
