This segment can be <br />located on the Mt. Sneffels U.S.G.S. quadrangle(s). <br /> <br />Administration: For the stream segment(s) in an <br />unsurveyed area, the division engineer has determined for <br />administrative purposes that the approximate legal descrip- <br />tion of the instream flow termini as protracted from <br />U.S.F.S. Planimetric (1:31,680) mapping is as follows: <br />Upstream terminus in the NW/4 NW/4 S25 T44N R9W NMPM approx- <br />imately 4120 ft. West of East Line; 290 ft. South of North <br />Line. <br /> <br />Priority date: May 4, 1984 provided, however, that <br />this right shall be junior to all priorities awarded in <br />cases filed prior to 1984, and otherwise junior as provided <br />in section 37-92-306, C.R.S.
