Referee, .having investigated the matter of the Application <br />on file herein, hereby makes the following findings and ruling <br />the~eon : <br /> <br />FINDINGS OF FACT <br /> <br />1. That the said Application.was filed on December 29, <br />1977. : <br /> <br />2. That .the Water Clerk caused publication of such filing. <br />as provided by: statute; that the time for filing Statements of <br />Opposition expired on the last day of February, 1976, and that <br />. such a' statement was filed on February 27. 1978, by Howard <br />HOlme, I Attorney at Law, on behalf of the .Southeastern Colorado <br />Water ~onservancy District. <br />3; That on March.16, 1978, the undersigned Water Referee <br />re-referred the case to the Water Judge pursuant to the authority <br />granted the said Referee in C.R.S. 1973, 37-92-303(2). <br />4.
