The legal description of the structure: <br /> <br />The natural stream channel from the confluence with Sheep <br />Creek at lat. 40 deg. 41'24~N, long. 105 deg. 45'42"W as <br />the upstream terminus and extending to the confluence with <br />the South Fork Cache La poudre River in the NW/4 5E/4 Sec. <br />3 TaN R72W 6th P.M. as the downstream terminus being a <br />distance of approximately 21.6 miles. This segment can be <br />located on the Boston peak, Kinikinik, Rustic and Big <br />Narrows U.5.G.5. quadrangle(s). <br /> <br />For administrative purposes only, the Division Engineer has <br />translated these legal descriptions of the stream termini into <br />approximate protracted section, township, and range location from <br />U.5.G.S. mapping as follows: Vpstream terminus in the 5W/4 Sec. <br />1 T8N R75W .6th P.M; downstream terminus in the NW/4 SE/4 Sec. 3 <br />T8N R72W 6th P.M. <br /> <br />3.
