WATER CONSERVATION BOARD ON BEHALF OF THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF COLORADO IN JOHNS CREEK, A ~ATURAL STREAM IN SAGUACHE COUNTY ----------------------------------------------------------------- The matter, having come on hefore the court on the applica- tion of the Colorado Water Conservation Board and the court being fully advised as to the mqtter of the application herein, hereby makes the following findings: The application herein was filed with the water clerk, Water Division No.3, on the 28th of December, 1982. All notices required by law of the fil ing of this application have been fulfilled, and the court h~s jurisdiction over the applica- tion. No statements of opposition were filed to the application. All matter contained in the application has been reviewed and testimoriy taken where such testimony is necessary and the court finds that the statements contained in the application are true and that ap~licant is entitled to the water right requested in the application.
