All notic~s required by law of the filing of this application have been fulfilleu, and the court has jurisdiction over the applica- tion. No statements of opposition were filed to the application. All matter contained in the application has been reviewed and testimony taken where such testimony is necessary and the court finds that the statements contained in the application are true and that applicant is entitled to the water right requested in the appl ication.
