""" :...-J ----------------------------------------------------------------- RULING OF REFEREE, JUDGMENT AND DECREE ----------------------------------------------------------------- CONCERNING THE APPLICATION FOR WATER RIGHTS OF THE COLORADO WATER CONSERVATION BOARD ON BEHALF OF THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF COLORADO IN CEBOLLA CREEK, A NATURAL STREAM IN THE WATERSHED OF THE GUNNISON RIVER IN GUNNISON COUNTY ----------------------------------------------------------------- THIS MATTER, having come on before the court on the appli- cation of the Colorado Water Conservation Board and the court being fully advised as to the matter of the application herein, hereby makes the following findings: The application herein was filed with the water clerk, Water Division 4 on November l3, 1980. All notices required by law for the filing of this application have been fulfilled, and the court has jurisdiction over the application. A statement of opposition was timely filed by Buttes Gas & Oil Company. Said oppposition is withdrawn subject to the provi- sions contained herein. All matters contained in the application have been reviewed and testimony taken where such testimony is necessary and the court finds that the statements contained in the application are true and that applicant is entitled to the water right requested in the application.
