COME NOW the State or Colorado, by and through the
Colorado Water Conservation B()urd, and Applicant in the above-

referenced matter, by and through its attorney, Connie L.

Peterson, Assistant Attorney G@neral, Natural Resources Section.

and Chapman, Chapman & Keffler, the Objector, by and through

their attorney George W. Woodard, and hereby stipulate and

a.gree as follows:

1. The inclusion of the following provisions in any

decree of the Court entered herein will protect the interests of

the parties to this Stipulation and will eliminate concern for

whicll prompted the filing of the Statement of Opposition herein.

A, The Applicant has filed an Application with this

Court in Case No. tv-38G8 wherein it has requested

a minimum .stream flow decree on Hot Creek in

Conejos County with an appropriation date of

January 19, 1977. [or five (5,0) c.f.s, It is

anticipated by tile parties to this Stipulation
that a final decree will be entered by the Water

Court in ~aid Case No. W-3808 in accordance with

the Application filed.
