This segment can <br />be located' on the Triangle Mesa, Jacks Canyon, Keith Creek, Casto <br />Reservoir, Uncompahgre Butte U.S.G.S. quadrangle(s). <br /> <br />Administration: For the stream segment(s) in an unsurveyed <br />area, the division engineer has determined for administrative <br />purposes that the approximate legal description of the instream <br />flow termini as protracted from U.S.F.S. Planimetric (1:31,680) <br />mapping is as follows: Downstream terminus in the SW/4 SW/4 SW/4 <br />517 T14S R98W 6th PM approximately 300 ft. East of West Line; 540 <br />ft. ,North of South Line. <br /> <br />Priority date: May 4, <br />right shall be junior to all <br />prlor to 1984, and otherwise <br />J7-92-306, C.R.S. (1973). <br /> <br />1984 provided, however, that this <br />priorities awarded in cases filed <br />junior as provided in section <br /> <br />Instream flow amount: <br /> <br />1.5 c.f.s. absolute <br /> <br />Use of water: To maintain such minimum flows as are <br />required to preserve the natural environment to a reasonable <br />degree pursuant to sections 37-92-102 and 103, C.R.S.
