2. The legal description of the structure:

The natural stream channel from the Forest Service Boundry
at lat. 40 deg. 07'56" N long. 105 deg. 30'12" W as the
upstream terminus and extending to the confluence with
South St. Vrain Creek at lat. 40 deg. 10'03" N long. 105
deg. 23'46" W as the downstream terminus, being a distance
of approximately 8.0 miles. This segment can be located on
the Allens Park and Raymond U.S.G.S. quadrangles.

For administrative purposes only, the Division Engineer has
translated these legal descriptions of the stream termini into
approximate protracted section, township, and range location from
U.S.G.S. mapping as follows: upstream terminus in the ~W/4 sec.
18, T2N, R72W, 6th P.M.; downstream terminus in the NE/4 sec. 1,
T2N, R72W, 6th P.M.

December 11, 1987

5. The amount of water claimed:

Instream flow of 8.0 c.f.s. (April 1 through October 31);
5.0 c.f.s. (NOvember 1 through March 31)

To maintain such minimum flows as are required to preserve
the natural environment to a reasonable degree pursuant to
sections 37-92-102 and 103, C.R.S. (1973 ~ 1987 Supp.). No
diversion of the water right herein will be made from the
natural stream channel.
