The legal description of the structure: <br /> <br />The natural stream channel from headwaters in the vicinity <br />of lat. 40 deg. 00'10" N long 105 deg. 35'49" W as the <br />upstream ~erminus and extending 'to the confluence with Car- <br />ibou Creek in the NW/4 NW/4 sec. 4 T1S, R73W, 6th P.M. as <br />the downstream terminus, being a distance of 'approximately <br />1.9 miles. This segment can be located on the Ward and <br />Nederland U.S.G.S. quadrangles. <br /> <br />For administrative purposes only, the Division Engineer has <br />translated these legal descriptions of the stream termini into <br />approximate protracted section, township, and range location from <br />U.S.G.S. mapping as follows: upstream terminus in the SW/4 sec. <br />32, TIN, R73W, 6th P.M. <br /> <br />3. The source of water: <br /> <br />Horseshoe Creek <br /> <br />4. The date of appropriation: <br /> <br />December 11, 1987 <br /> <br />5.
