This segment can be located on the Ophir, Engineer Moun- <br />tain, Snowdon Peak U.S.G.S. quadrangle(s). <br /> <br />Administration: For the stream segment(s) in an unsurveyed <br />area, the division engineer has determined for administrative <br />purposes that the approximate legal description of the instream <br />flow termini as protracted from U.S.F.S. mapping is as follows: <br />Downstream terminus in the NE/4 S21 T40N R8W NMPM. <br /> <br />Priority date: July 13, 1984 provided, however, that this <br />right shall be junior to all priorities awarded in cases filed <br />prior to 1984, and otherwise junior as provided in section <br />37-92-306, C.R.S. (1973 and 1985 Supp.). <br /> <br />Flow amount claimed: 4.0 c.f.s. - summer (May 1 through <br />August 31); 2.5 c.f.s. - winter (September 1 through April 30). <br /> <br />Use of water: To maintain such minimum flows as are <br />required to preserve the natural environment to a reasonable <br />degree pursuant to sections 37-92-102 and 103, C.R.S.
