This segment can be <br />located on the Ophir, Mt. Wilson U.S.G.S. quadrangle(s). <br /> <br />Administration: For the stream segment(s) in an unsurveyed <br />area, the division engineer has determined for administrative <br />purposes that the approximate legal description of the instream <br />flow termini as protracted from U.S.F.S. Planimetric (1:31,680) <br />mapping is as follows: Upstream terminus in the SE/4 NE/4 NE/4 <br />S33 T41N R9W NMPM approximately 20 ft. West of East Line; 820 ft. <br />South of North Line; downstream terminus in the SE/4 NW/4 NE/4 <br />S17 T41N R9W NMPM approximately 1610 ft. West of East Line; 1120 <br />ft. South of North Line. <br /> <br />Priority date: July 13, 1984 provided, however, that this <br />right shall be junior to all priorities awarded in cases filed <br />prlor to 1984, and otherwise junior as provided in section <br />37-92-306, C.R.S.
