<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />minimum stream flow claimed: The natural stream channel from the <br />confluence with Red Sandstone Creek in the vicinity of S23, T5S, <br />R81W, 6th P.M. as the upstream terminus and the confluence with <br />Eagle River in the vicinity of S22, T5S, R8IW, 6th P.M. as the <br />downstream terminus being a distance of approximately 4 miles. <br />This segment can be located on the Vail West and Minturn U.S.G.S. <br />quadrangle(s). <br /> <br />(h) Case No.: W-3637 <br /> <br />Name of natural stream: Gore Creek <br /> <br />Flow amount decreed: <br />winter. <br /> <br />16.0 c.f.s. - summer; 6.0 c.f.s. - <br /> <br />Location: Legal description of beginning and end points of <br />minimum stream flow claimed: The natural stream channel from the <br />confluence with Black Gore Creek in the vicinity of S18, T5S, <br />R79W, 6th P.M. as the upstream terminus and the confluence with <br />Red Sandstone Creek in the vicinity of S12, T5S, R81W, 6th P.M. <br />as the downstream terminus being a distance of approximately 7 <br />miles. This segment can be located on the Vail West and Vail <br />East U.S.G.S. quadrangle(s). <br /> <br />2. Priority date: July 27, 1977 provided, however, that <br />these rights shall be junior to all priorities awarded in cases <br />filed prior to 1977, and otherwise junior as provided in section <br />37-92-306, C.R.S. (1973). <br /> <br />3. Use of water: To maintain such minimum flows as are <br />required to preserve the natural environment to a reasonable de- <br />gree pursuant to sections 37-92-102 and 103, C.R.S. (1985 Cum. <br />Supp.). No diversion of the water right herein will be made from <br />the natural stream channel. <br /> <br />4. Terms and conditions: The board's rights granted by <br />this decree shall not be injured by the exercise of the water <br />rights of Vail Valley consistent with the terms and conditions of <br />the stipulation entered into between the district and the board <br />in Case No. 82CW328, which stipulation is attached hereto and in- <br />corporated herein by reference. <br /> <br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the board shall install and <br /> <br />-5- <br />
