The statements in the ap~lication are true. <br /> <br />2. The name of the stream involved is: Williams Fork River. <br /> <br />3. The name of the claimant and address is The Colorado Water <br />Conservation Boardi 823 State Centennial Buildingi 1313 Sherman <br />Streeti Denver, Colorado. <br /> <br />4. The source of the water is the Williams Fork River, tributary <br />to the Colorado River. <br /> <br />5. Description of beginning and end points of m1n~mUM stream <br />flow claimed: the natural stream channel from its 'confluence with <br />Keyser Creek at Lat. 39053148" N.i Long. 106005131" W. as the <br />upstream terminus, and Williams Fork Reservoir at Lat. 40000 I 00" N. i <br />Long. 106010 I 4511 W. as the downstream terminus. <br /> <br />6. The use of the water is to appropriate such minimum stream <br />flows as are required to preserve the natural environment to a <br />reasonable degree. . <br /> <br />7. The date of initiation of appropriation is May 18, 1979. <br />
