The natural stream channel from the confluence with Sheep
Creek in the NE/4 SE/4 Sec. 27 TllN R73W 6th P.M. as the
upstream terminus and extending to'the' confluence with Dale
Creek in the SW/4 NE/4 Se~. 29 Tl1N R7lW 6th P.M. as the
downstream terminus being a distance of approximately 14.3
miles. This segment can be located on the Diamond Peak,
Cherokee Park and Virginia Dale U.S.G.S. quadrangle(s).

November 8, 1985

5. The amount of water claimed:

14.0 c.f.s. absolute

6. The use of the water:

To maintain such minimum flows as are required to preserve
the natural environment to a reasonable degree pursuant to
sections 37-92-102 and 103, C.R.S. (1973 & 1986 Supp.). No
diversion of the water right herein will be made from the
natural stream channel.

appropriation and not affected by the date of entry of ruling.
