A ~ATURAL STREA~ <br />IN JACKSD~ COUNTY <br /> <br />--------------------------------------------------------~-------- <br /> <br />The matter. having come on before the court on the <br />ap~lication of the Colorado Water Conservation Board and <br />the court being full f advised as to the matter of the arpli- <br />cation herein. hereby makes the following findings: <br /> <br />The ap;.>liC3tion herel:1 was filed with the water clerk. <br />~ater Division No. b. on the Z3th of December. 1981. All <br />notices required by law of the filinc:; of this a;Jplic3tion <br />nave been fulfilled. and th~ court has jurisdiction over <br />the application. <br /> <br />No statements of opposition were filed to the applica- <br />tion. On February 19. 19d2 an entry of appearance was filed <br />on berl.3lf of the Jackson County water Conservancy District. <br /> <br />On Jun~ 15. 1932 the referee entered the rulins grant- <br />ing the ap~lic03ti:m5 but Ol1ittin<; certain terms and condi- <br />tions contained in the appl ication. On July 21. 1982 the <br />Jackson County Water Conservancy District filed a protest <br />to the referee's rulin~ on the ]rounds that th~ ruling failed <br />to contain the provisions of the stipulation between th8 <br />3p~licant and protestant. A protest to the ruling of the <br />referee was also filed by wamsley Cattle Compa~y which pro- <br />test was subsequently withdrawn. <br /> <br />All matters contained in the application have been <br />reviewed and testimony taken where such testimony is neces- <br />sdry and the court finds that the statements containerlin <br />the applicdtion are true and that applicant is ~ntltled to <br />the water ri~ht requested in th~ application.
