Location: Legal description of beginning and end points of
minimum stream flow claimed: The natural stream channel from
outlet of reservoir (lowest of the Browns Lakes) at lat. 37 deg.
49'47"N long. 107 deg. 10'14"W as the upstream terminus and con-
fluence North Clear Creek at lat. 37 deg. 48'SS"N long. 107 deg.
08'01"W as the downstream terminus being a distance of approxi-
mately 2.4 miles. This segment can be located on the Bristol
Head (IS') U.S.G.S. quadrangle{s).

Priority date: August 16, 1982 provided, however, that
this right shall be junior to all priorities awarded in cases
filed prior to 1981, and otherwise junior as provided in C.R.S.
1973, 37-92-306. Furthermore, the decree entered herein shall
incorporate by reference the terms and conditions of the stipula-
tion between the applicant and the Rio Grande Water Users Associ-
ation dated March 10, 1983, a copy of which is attached hereto.

Amount of water: Flow in c.f.s.: 4 c.f.s. absolute.

Use of water: To maintain such minimum flows as are re-
quired to preserve the natural environment to a reasonable degree
pursuant to C.R.S. 1973, 37-92-102 and 103. No diversion of the
water right herein will be made from the natural stream channel.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the applicant shall install and
maintain such water measurement devices, recording devices, con-
tent gauges and inlet and outlet measurement and recording de-
vices, as the case may be, as are deemed essential by the Office
