including rights in the Young Ditch decreed April 19, 1962 in Civil

1962 in Civil Action No. 308, Lane Creek Ditch decreed April

19, 1962 in Civil Action No. 308, Lake Fork Ditch decreed

April 19, 1962 in Civil Action No. 308 ond Upper Meadows

Municipal Diversion Works conditionally decreed April 1,

1974 in Case No. W-I088-73. With the exception of the Upper

Meadows Municipal Diversion Works all of these:rights are presently

decreed for irrigation use. With the exception of the Murphy

Ditch, the diversion points for all of these water rights

are decreed at places above the segment of s~ream for ~hich
the mini~um flow.claimed herein was filed.

2. The Applicant shall not oppose any application

made by McCarthy or his successors in interest for a change

in water right as to the Young Ditch, Falls Creek Ditch,

Lake Creek Ditch, Lake fork Ditch or upper Meadows Municipal
