The legal description of the structure: <br /> <br />The natural stream channel from headwaters in the vicinity <br />of lat. 39 deg. 40'29"N, long. 105 deg. 55'23"W as the <br />upstream terminus and extending to the confluence with <br />South Clear Creek at lat. 39 deg. 42'34"N, long. 105 deg. <br />41'47"W as the downstream terminus, being a distance of <br />approximately 13.5 miles. This segment can be located on <br />the Loveland Pass, Gray's Peak and Georgetown U.S.G.S. <br />quadrangle(s). <br /> <br />For administrative purposes only, the Division Engineer has <br />translated these legal descriptions of the stream termini into <br />approximate protracted section, township, and range location from <br />U.S.G.S. mapping as follows: Upstream terminus in the NE/4 SW/4 <br />Sec. 29 T4S R76W 6th P.M.; downstream terminus in NE/4 NW/4 Sec. <br />17 T4S R74W 6th P.M. <br /> <br />3.
