As grounds therefor, the CWCB states as follows: <br /> <br />1. A telephone status conference is scheduled in this case to take place on <br />June 1,2004, at 10:30 a.m. <br /> <br />2. Trout Unlimited is the only objector to this case. <br /> <br />3. The CWCB and Trout Unlimited entered into a Stipulation dated May 24, <br />2004, which resolved the disputed issues between the parties. The Stipulation is attached <br />hereto. <br /> <br />4. Approval of the Stipulation between the CWCB and Trout Unlimited will <br />facilitate an efficient resolution of this matter. <br /> <br />5.
