This segment can be located <br />on the Raymond and Lyons U.S.G.S.quadrangle(s). <br /> <br />Administration: For the stream segment(s) in an <br />unsurveyed area, the Division Engineer has determined <br />for administrative purposes that the approximate legal <br />description of the Instream Flow termini as protracted <br />from U.S.G.S. mapping is as follows: upstream terminus <br />in the NEj4 sec. 1 T2N R72W 6th P.M. <br /> <br />c. Use of the water: For Instream Flows to preserve <br />the natural environment to a reasonable degree. <br /> <br />d. Date of appropriation: December 11, 1987. The <br />appropriation was initiated and water first put to a <br />beneficial use on December 11, 1987, by action of the <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board under Sections 37-92- <br />102(3), 37-92-103(3), 37-92-103(4), and 37-92-103(10), <br />15 C.R.S.
