<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board <br />Case No. 90CW294 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />water right decreed in this case in such a manner as to impair <br />augmentation and exchange operations by the District pursuant to <br />the augmentation and exchange decrees described above in paragraph <br />2 . <br /> <br />4. CWCB agrees that the terms and conditions of this <br />stipulation and of the decree entered in this case are applicable <br />in any compliance cases filed by the District as required by the <br />decree in Case No. W-1881, as amended in Case Nos. 80CW297, <br />82CW043, and 82CW181. <br /> <br />5. This stipulation shall be incorporated into the <br />decree entered in this case. The District consents to the entry of <br />a decree that contains terms and conditions no less restrictive on <br />CWCB than the decree attached as Exhibit A and that incorporates <br />this stipulation and is otherwise consistent with this stipulation. <br />CWCB agrees to provide the District with any 'and all revised <br />decrees so that the District can determine whether such decrees. are <br />no less restrictive than the one attached as Exhibit A. The <br />District shall remain a party to this case to insure compliance <br />with this stipulation. <br /> <br />6. This stipulation is binding on the District and CWCB <br />and their successors and assigns.
