Statements of Opposition: A Statement of <br />Opposition was filed by the SilverCreek Water and <br />Sanitation District; and by Plaza Resources <br />Company. On March 28, 1996 SilverCreek Holding <br />Company substituted for the Plaza Resources <br />Company. No other Statements of Opposition have <br />been filed and the time for filing such statements <br />has now expired. <br /> <br />c. Summarv of Consultation: On April 18, 1991, <br />the Division Engineer for Water Division No. 5 <br />submitted a Summary of Consultation stating that <br />the Application appears to be adequate and <br />recommending that the Application should be issued <br />by the Referee as a ruling. Linke <br />Reservoir in NW/4 NE/4 S19 TIN R76W 6PM as the <br />upstream terminus and extending to the confluence <br />with the Fraser River in NE/4 NW/4 Sl TIN R76-1/2W <br />6PM as the downstream terminus, being a distance of <br />approximately 6.0 miles. This segment can be <br />located on the Granby U.S.G.S. quadrangle. <br /> <br />c. Amount of water appropriated: 4.0 c. f, s, <br />ABSOLUTE (April 1 - August 31); 2.0 c.f.s.
