The natural stream channel from the confluence of Barnard Creek at latitude <br />380 50' 23" N and longitude 1050 10' 28" W as the upstream terminus and <br />extending to the confluence of High Creek at latitude 380 48' 48" N and longitude <br />1050 15' 27" W as the downstream terminus, being a distance of approximately 7.3 <br />miles, This segnient can be located on the High Park and Cripple Creek South <br />US.G,S. quadrangles, with the upstream terminus located on the Wrights Reservoir <br />US.G.8. quadrangle, <br /> <br />b, Administration: For the stream segnients in an unsurveyed area, the <br />Division Engineer has determined for administrative purposes that the <br />approximate legal description of the instream flow termini as protracted from <br />U.S.G,S. and/or US.F,S. mapping is as follows: upstream terminus 1,500 feet <br />from the north section line and 1,550 feet from the east section line, in the SWv.. <br />NEv.. of Section 18, Tl5S, R70W, 6th P.M,;and downstream terminus 4,000 feet <br />from the south section line and 1,450 feet from the east section line, in the NWv.. <br />NEv.. of Section 6, T16S, R70W, 6thp.M, <br /> <br />5. Use of the water: <br /> <br />Instream flow to preserve the natural environment to a reasonable degree, <br /> <br />6. Date of initiation of appropriation: <br /> <br />January 26, 2000, <br /> <br />7. The water was first applied to the above beneficial use on January 26, 2000, by <br />action of the Colorado Water Conservation Board under the provision of C,RS.
