There is no means of diversion, the claim <br />being to a minimum stream flow of (S-May 1 thru Sept. 30; <br />W-Oct 1 thru April 30) S-9. W-~ cubic feet/second of water <br />per second of time. in place in the stream bed. <br /> <br />e. The date of initiation of such appropria- <br />tion pursuant to the action of ap~licant under the provision <br />of C.R.S. 1973, 37-92-102(3), and 37-92-103(3), (4) and <br />(10) is July 8. 1980, on whiCh date the water of said stream <br />was first applied to beneficial use to maintain the minimum <br />stream flow required to preserve the natural environment to <br />a reasonable degree. <br /> <br />f.
