All notices required by law for the filing of this application have been fulfilled, and the court has jurisdiction over the application. No statements of opposition were filed to this application. All matters contained in the application have been reviewed and testimony taken where such testimony is necessary and the court finds that the statements contained in the application are true and that applicant is entitled to the water right requested in the application.
