The name of the claimant and address is: The Colorado <br />Water Conservation Board; 823 State Centennial Building; 1313 <br />Sherman Street; Denver, Colorado. <br /> <br />4. The sourCe of the water is Rifle Creek, tributary to <br />the Colorado River. <br /> <br />5. Description of beginning and end points of minimum stream <br />flow claimed: the natural stream channel from Rifle Gap Reservoir <br />at Lat. 39037'41" N.; Long. 107045'37" W. as the upstream terminus, <br />and its confluence with the Colorado River in the SE~NE~ of Section <br />17, T. 6 S., R. 93 w. of the 6th P.M. as the downstream terminus. <br /> <br />6. 'rhe use of the water is to appropriate such minumurn stream <br />flows as are requit"ed to preserve the natural environment to a <br />rcnsonable degree. <br />
