This segment can be located on the Mt. <br />Axtell, Squirrel Creek and Flat Top U.S.G.S. <br />quadrangle(s). <br /> <br />iii. (segment 3) the natural stream channel from <br />the the confluence with Mill Creek at lat. 38 deg. <br />42'14"N, long. 106 deg. 59'59"W as the upstream <br />terminus and the confluence with the Gunnison River <br />in the NW/4 NE/4 S26 T50N RIW NMPM as the downstream <br />terminus, being a distance of approximately 13.4 <br />miles. This segment can be located on Flat Top and <br />Gunnison U.S.G.S. quadrangle(s). <br /> <br />Priority date: March 17, 1980 provided, however, that this <br />right shall be junior to all pr~orities awarded in cases filed <br />pr~or to 1980, and otherwise junior as provided in section <br />37-92-306, C.R.S. (1973). <br /> <br />Amount of water: Flow in c.f.s.: <br /> <br />A. Stream segment 1: 3.0 c.f.s. absolute <br /> <br />B. Stream segment 2: 10.0 c.f.s. absolute <br /> <br />C. Stream segment 3: 12.0 c.f.s. absolute <br /> <br />Use of water: To maintain such minimum flows as are <br />required to preserve the natural environment to a reasonable <br />degree pursuant to C.R.S. 37-92-102 and 103.
