1. The, board's water rights shall be subordinated

ing, ,ncidental domestic use aquifer recharge and for augmen-

7. The board does not waive its ri;ht to Object to
any present or future uses of Wdter rights or any part thereof,
not in aCCordance with paragraph 2 and 3 above and not in
fJrtherance of the goals of this stipulation.
