<br />. . <br /> <br />The Colorado Water Conservation Board <br />1313 Sherman Street, Room 823 <br />Denver, CO 80203 <br /> <br />WATER RIGHT <br /> <br />Name of ditch, spring or other structure: North Clear <br />Creek. <br /> <br />Location: Legal description of beginning and end points of <br />minimum stream flow claimed: The natural stream channel from one <br />mile below outlet of Continental Reservoir at lat. 37 deg. <br />S3'22-N long. 107 deg. ll'30-W as the upstream terminus and con- <br />fluence South Clear Creek at lat. 37 deg. 48'SS-N long. 107 deg. <br />08'Ol-W as the downstream terminus being a distance of approxi- <br />mately 7.4 miles. This segment can be located on the Bristol <br />Head (15') U.S.G.S. quadrangle(s). <br /> <br />Priority date: August 16, 1982 provided, however, that <br />this right shall be junior to all priorities awarded in cases <br />filed prior to 1981, and otherwise junior as provided in C.R.S. <br />1973, 37-92-306. Furthermore, the decree entered herein shall <br />incorporate by reference the terms and conditions of the stipula- <br />tion between the applicant and the Rio Grande Water Users Associ- <br />ation dated March 10, 1983, a copy of which is attached hereto. <br /> <br />Amount of water: Flow in c.f.s.: (S -- May 1 through Sep- <br />tember 30; W - October 1 through April 30) S-9W-l c.f.s. abso- <br />lute. <br /> <br />Use of water: To maintain such minimum flows as are re- <br />quired to preserve the natural environment to a reasonable degree <br />pursuant to C.R.S. 1973, 37-92-102 and 103. No diversion of the <br />water right herein will be made from the natural stream channel. <br /> <br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the applicant shall install and <br />maintain such water measurement devices, recording devices, con- <br />tent gauges and inlet and outlet measurement and recording de- <br />vices, as the case may be, as-are deemed essential by the Office <br />of the State Engineer, and the same shall be installed and oper- <br />ated in accordance with instructions from said office. <br /> <br />DATED this 30th day of <br /> <br />March <br /> <br />19E. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br /> <br />R.
