This segment can be located on the Estes Park and Glen <br />Haven U.S.G.S. quadrangle(s). <br /> <br />Administration: For the stream segments(s) in an unsur- <br />veyed area, the division engineer has determined for administra- <br />tive purposes that the approximate legal description of the in- <br />stream flow termini as protracted from U.S.G.S. mapping is as <br />follows: upstream terminus in the NW/4 sec. 31 T6N R72W 6th P.M.; <br />downstream terminus in the SE/4 sec. 33 T6N R72W 6th P.M. <br /> <br />Priority date: December ll, 1987 provided, however, that <br />this right shall be junior to all priorities awarded in cases <br />filed prior to December ll, 1987, and otherwise junior as pro- <br />vided in section 37-92-306, C.R.S. (1973). <br /> <br />Amount of water: Instream flow of 3.0 c.f.s. <br /> <br />Use of water: To maintain such minimum flows as are <br />required to preserve the natural environment to a reasonable <br />degree pursuant to sections 37-92-102 and 103, C.R.S.
