The statements in the Application are true. The Statement of <br />Opposition has been withdrawn. <br /> <br />2. The name of the stream involved is Cook Creek. <br /> <br />.I <br /> <br />3. The name and address of the Claimant: Colorado Water Conservation <br />Board; 1313 Sherman Street, Suite 721; Denver, Colorado 80203. <br /> <br />4. The source of the water is Cook Creek, tributary to Keyser Creek, <br />tributary to the Williams Fork River, tributary to the Colorado River. <br /> <br />5. Description of beginning and end points of minimum stream flow <br />claimed: The natural stream channel from its headwaters in the NW1/4SE1/4 of <br />Section 29, T. 1 S., R. 77 W. of the 6th P.M. at Lat. 39055'32" N., Long. / <br />106001'34" W. as the upstream terminus, and extending to the confluence with <br />Keyser Creek in the SW1/4SW1/4 of Section 31, T. 1 S., R. 77 W. of the 6th <br />P.M. at Lat. 39054125" N., Long. 106003'07" W. as the downstream terminus. <br /> <br />6. The use of the water is to appropriate such minimum stream flows as <br />are required to preserve the natural environment to a reasonable degree. <br /> <br />7.
