<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Mountain Reservoir as may be designated by the county or its <br />designees (the "3,100 Acre Feet"); <br /> <br />Whereas, the County has previously allocated to water <br /> <br /> <br />users within Summit county all but lSS acre feet of the 3,100 <br /> <br /> <br />Acre ,Feet; <br /> <br />Whereas, paragraph 6(b) of the Summit county <br />Agreement provides for release by Denver of up to 100 acre <br />feet of augmentation water per year from Dillon Reservoir for <br />the benefit of the County or its designees (the "100 Acre Feet <br />Dillon Storage Water"); <br /> <br />Whereas, the County has previously deeded or optioned <br />to water users within Summit county all but 71.45514 acre feet <br />of the 100 Acre Feet Dillon Storage Water: <br /> <br />Whereas, the county intends to make available to <br />water users within the County the remaining lSS acre feet of <br />the 3,100 Acre Feet and the remaining 71.4S514 acre feet of <br />the 100 Acre Feet Dillon storage Water (which total of <br />226.45S14 acre feet is COllectively hereinafter referred to as <br />the "County Users Pool"); <br /> <br />Whereas, contemporaneous with the execution of this <br />Agreement the parties have entered into the Upper Blue River <br /> <br />-3- <br />
