The legal description of the structure: <br /> <br />The natural stream channel from the confluence with an <br />unnamed tributary at lat. 39 deg. 52'57"N, long. 105 deg. <br />28'25"W as the upstream terminus and extending to the con- <br />fluence with South Bou.lder Creek in the NE/4 NW/4 sec. 33 <br />T1S R72W 6th P.M. as the downstream terminus, being a dis- <br />tance of approximately 3.8 miles. This segment can be <br />located on the Tungsten U.S.G.S. quadrangle(s). <br /> <br />For administrative purposes only, the Division Engineer has <br />translated these legal descriptions of the stream termini into <br />approximate protracted section, township, and range location from <br />U.S.G.S. mapping as follows: Upstream terminus in the NW/4 sec. <br />17 T2S R72W 6th P.M. <br /> <br />3.
