This segment can be located on the Glen Haven and <br />Crystal Mountain U.S.G.S. quadrangles. <br /> <br />For administrative purposes only, the Division Engineer has <br />translated these legal descriptions of the stream termini into <br />approximate protracted section, township, and range location from <br />U.S.G.S. mapping as follows: upstream terminus in the SW/4, NE/4, <br />Sec. 9, T6N, R72W, 6th P.M.; downstream terminus in the SE/4, <br />NW/4, Sec. 25, T6N, R72W, 6th P.M. <br /> <br />3. The source of water: <br /> <br />Miller Fork <br /> <br />4. The date of appropriation: <br /> <br />November 14, 1989 <br /> <br />5. The amount of water claimed: <br /> <br />3.0 c.f.s. (May 1 - September 30); 1.0 c.f.s. (October 1- <br />December 31); 0.85 c.f.s. (January 1 - April 30) <br /> <br />6. The use of the water: <br /> <br />To maintain such minimum flows as are required to preserve <br />the natural environment to a reasonable degree pursuant to <br />sections 37-92-102 and 103, C.R.S. (1973 & 1989 Supp.).
