minimum stream flow claimed: The natural stream channel from
headwaters in the vicinity of lat. 38 deg. 04'34"N, long. 107
deg. 31'06"W as the upstream terminus and the confluence with the
East Fork Cimarron River at lat.38 deg. 12'15"N, long. 107 deg.
31'06"W as the downstream terminus being a distance of approxi-
mately 9.5 miles. This segment can be located on the Wetterhorn
Peak, Courthouse Mountain U.S.G.S. quadrangle(s).

Administration: For the stream segments(s) in an unsur-
veyed area, the division engineer has determined for administra-
tive purposes that the approximate legal description of the
instream flow termini as protracted from U.S.F.S. Planimetric
(1:31,680) mapping is as follows: Upstream terminus in the SW/4
NE/4 SE/4 S9 T44N R6W NMPM approximately 1080 ft. West of East
Line; 1610 ft. North of South Line; downstream terminus in the
SE/4 SW/4 SW/4 S27 T46N R6W NMPM approximately 690 ft. East of
West Line; 580 ft. North of South Line.
