area, the Division Enginee~ has determined for administrative
purposes that the approximate legal description of the minimum
stream flow termini as protracted from U.S.G.S. mapping is as
follows: upstream terminus in the Southeast 1/4 of section 5,
T7N, R76W of the 6th P.M., Jackson county, Colorado:
downstream terminus in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 11, T7N,
R77W of the 6th P.M., Jac~son county, Colorado.
